The game is free to play. In the game you have to defend your village from the hordes of dark evil spirits. You can choose one of the six heroes that can specialize in various tower defenses like shooting, magic, or support troops. 

Krallen are monsters, who follow you everywhere, when you move. They block your path and attack your forces. There are more than 4000 different combinations of Krallen in Kingdom Rush. We need to build strong defense towers, so that we will protect our village from all enemies, who are trying to destroy us. Try to get all of the highest scores possible in each level of Kingdom Rush! If a level becomes impossible for you: choose between three options—delete it forever; give it to someone else (in case you beat it yourself); or start over from the beginning! 

The game has well designed levels that gives more challenge when playing this game than any other tower.
